Eli Salameh is a litigator who represents business owners and individuals, with a focus on commercial and employment issues. He has experience and expertise representing clients in contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment claims, real estate actions, and franchise disputes, among many others areas. Mr. Salameh has successfully advised and defended clients in a variety of industries, including software developers and distributors, solar power producers, credit reporting agencies, restaurateurs, real estate developers and investors, consultants, contractors, retail owners, and others. He has achieved positive results under a variety of complicated regulatory frameworks, such as ensuring compliance with state and federal credit reporting law and defending against claims brought under proposition 65.
Mr. Salameh takes pride in advocating for his clients through all phases of the litigation process, from advising on and evaluating potential claims and defenses, all the way through the appellate court system, where necessary. In addition to his active litigation practice, Mr. Salameh has guided clients through successful alternative dispute resolution as a cost effective means of achieving results. This includes representing clients in both arbitration and mediation.
Mr. Salameh is admitted to the State Bar of California, and to practice before all courts in the state. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2007. Mr. Salameh joined Structure Law Group in 2012 after practicing for several years with a firm in San Francisco. During law school he interned with a prestigious entertainment law firm in Los Angeles.
