Maichi Hoang

Maichi Hoang is a paralegal with Structure Law Group, LLP.  Maichi joined SLG in 2006 and has extensive experience with a wide range of corporate and transactional matters from entity formation through financings and Mergers and Acquisitions.  She is well versed in all aspects of corporate formations, corporate governance, and dealing with various governmental entities, including the SEC, IRS, Secretaries of State and state and local entities. 

Maichi spent over two years as a paralegal at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto.  She received her Bachelor's degree from San Jose State University, where she was a member of a national honor society and recipient of a Dean's Scholars award. She received her paralegal certificate from De Anza College.
