Matthew J. Jensen handles litigation matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, licensing disputes, employment claims, real estate actions, contractual disputes, and collection actions.

Prior to joining Structure Law Group, Mr. Jensen was an associate at Howard Rome Martin & Ridley LLP in Redwood City, working in that firm’s government liability and toxic torts practices.

Mr. Jensen earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Wabash College and his juris doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, he was a judicial extern for Justice Patricia Bamattre-Manoukian of the California Court of Appeal, Sixth District and the Honorable Socrates P. Manoukian of the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Before attending law school, Mr. Jensen was a paralegal in the corporate securities department of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC.

Mr. Jensen is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District and the Ninth Circuit for the U.S. Court of Appeals.
