Rebecca McCracken assists with both transactional and litigation matters. Ms. McCracken draws on her experience as a patent attorney, during which time she focused on patent and trademark counseling and prosecution, all aspects of intellectual property litigation, and domain name arbitration. She is well-suited to handling intellectual property transactions as well as real property and business transactions.

Ms. McCracken is a member of the State Bar of California. Ms. McCracken is also a member of the State Bar of New York and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Prior to joining Structure Law Group, LLP, Ms. McCracken practiced for several years as an intellectual property attorney with Schweizter Cornman Gross & Bondell, LLP in New York. She earned her Juris Doctor Degree cum laude from Vermont Law School in 2002.
