Austin M. Pegues, Esq.

Austin M. Pegues is a business attorney who counsels businesses and individuals in a wide range of transactional matters.  Austin’s practice includes venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, business formations, intellectual property and commercial transactions.  Austin also handles transactional matters that include review and drafting of commercial contracts, operating agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other employment and related agreements.

Prior to joining Structure Law Group, Austin was a practicing attorney at Edlin Gallagher Huie + Blum in Los Angeles where he handled complex legal research, mediations, arbitrations, and the resolution of cases before litigation, as well as after. Mr. Pegues received his J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law and most recently an LLM in Intellectual Property: Media, Entertainment and Technology Law and Policy from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Prior to entering law school, Austin attended Arizona State University for his undergrad where he received a B.A. in Business and Film. Austin currently holds membership to the State Bar of California.

Austin grew up near San Diego, California where he avidly played baseball during his youth.  Outside of work, Austin loves to keep up with all the latest movies, considers himself a self-proclaimed chef and enjoys exercise, fitness, and sports.
