Matthew Davis represents corporate and individual clients in complex litigation matters in California and federal courts involving business disputes, breaches of contract, fraudulent sale of goods and securities, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, consumer class actions, and corporate member and partnership lawsuits.
Matthew received his J.D. in 2007 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Before beginning his legal career, he worked in the Internet industry in both creative and technological capacities, as well as working for several years as a writing instructor at the University of Florida while he earned his Masters Degree in Media Studies.
When he is not practicing law, Matthew enjoys reading, listening to jazz, exercising, and spending time with his family.
