Parsa Kafi, Esq.Attorney
Parsa Kafi’s practice focus is on all aspects and stages of business and commercial litigation for clients. Parsa represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of litigation matters including but not limited to breach of contract claims, employment disputes, and tort claims. Parsa has experience at every stage of litigation initial case assessment, managing discovery and related motion practice, dispositive motion briefing and oral argument, trial and post-judgment briefing and appeals. Parsa uses the litigation process to maximize strategic advantage, while staying focusing on the client’s goals.
Parsa also handles transactional matters including business formation, and the drafting and review of business and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Structure Law Group, Parsa was a practicing attorney at a firm in Oakland where he focused primarily on civil litigation defense. Parsa received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. Prior to earning his law degree, Parsa attended the University of California at Irvine where he earned a B.A. in Business Economics and a B.A. in Political Science.
During his free time, Parsa enjoys avidly rooting for the Warriors, 49ers and Sharks and doing Karaoke.
