Robin Ratner is an experienced business practitioner and trial attorney with an emphasis in financial business disputes, institutional lender disputes and real estate matters. Robin began her practice at a Century City law firm, representing clients in a broad range of matters, including commercial and residential real estate disputes. She has also negotiated commercial leases and contracts for Fortune 500 companies and international e-commerce companies. Robin's experience and focus include complex accounting matters regarding business disputes for corporate and partnership clients.
She has served as an arbitrator for the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Santa Monica Bar Association. Robin served as chair of the Business Section for the Beverly Hills Bar Association and a past president of the Los Angeles County Bar Inn of Court. Robin also served as a judge pro tem for the Los Angeles County Superior Courts for several years. In law school, she participated on the Law School's Moot Court Honor’s Program, taking first place in the National Moot Court Tax Competition. While in law school Ms. Ratner was one of 100 students selected to study international Business Law and Finance at the Sorbonne International Comparative Law Institute, Paris, France through Cornell University School of Law Honors Program.
