Tanya Falleiro is a business attorney who advises companies and individuals on business transactional matters. Tanya’s practice includes advising startups companies on the correct business structure of entity formations for C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, General Partnerships, and Limited Partnerships. Tanya also advises clients on all business law pertaining to governance, maintenance and general business representation. Tanya drafts a wide variety of business and commercial contracts, including operating agreements, non-disclosure and non-competition agreements, contracts, licensing agreements, buy-sell agreements, and various employment agreements. She also has experience with equity compensation and stock option plans.
Tanya received her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2012 with a specialization in Business Law. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Roger L. Efremsky. She also served as an Associate Editor on the Environmental Law Journal; was selected to participate in Golden Gate’s Honors Law Program; received multiple awards for academic excellent; was selected as a member of the Moot Court Board; and, she was a recipient of the Joseph R. and June B. Rensch Endowed Law Scholarship.
Tanya is licensed to practice in California, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. Tanya presently serves on the Board of Directors of Ms. JD, a nonprofit corporation dedicated to promoting the success of women in the legal profession.
In her spare time, Tanya enjoys dining around the Bay Area (she was a guest on Bay Area, Check Please in 2014), hiking and traveling.
