Structure Law Group, LLP seeks a corporate transactional attorney for its Austin office. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as a corporate, commercial, and / or general business lawyer.

The firm is seeking candidates who are high performing, growth oriented and committed to delivering exceptional service to clients. Typical assignments would include entity formation, contract drafting, and various tasks related to mergers & acquisitions as well as debt and equity financings.

The firm's clientele includes tech startups, as well as mature, established businesses. This is an opportunity to do Big Law work in a family-friendly, entrepreneurial, smaller-firm environment.
