Austin T. Jackson's practice encompasses both complex business and commercial litigation as well as a robust transactional practice. He represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including business disputes, breach of contract, creditor and shareholder rights, commercial contracts, and member and partnership disputes. His litigation practice focuses on mediation, arbitration, discovery, and alternative dispute resolution.
On the transactional side, Austin advises clients on entity formation, contract negotiation and drafting, commercial transactions, and general corporate governance. His transactional experience includes reviewing and preparing operating agreements, buy sell agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and employment contracts. He also provides strategic counsel on real estate matters, including commercial leases and purchase agreements, as well as employment law advising, helping businesses navigate compliance, policy drafting, and risk management.
With experience on both the litigation and transactional sides, Austin helps clients navigate immediate legal challenges while also positioning their businesses for long term success.
Prior to joining Structure Law Group, Austin was a practicing attorney at a firm in San Mateo, where he concentrated on litigation. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Davis. He is a member of the State Bar of California Litigation Section, the State Bar of Texas, and the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
During his free time, Austin likes exploring the outdoors, exercising, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
