Chris is a litigation attorney at Structure Law Group LLC, where he plays a role in the firm's complex business and commercial litigation practice. He represents business and individual clients in federal and state courts and arbitration, handling a wide array of civil litigation matters. His expertise includes contract disputes, employment claims, real estate, intellectual property issues, and partnership and shareholder disputes. Chris's comprehensive approach to litigation, coupled with his experience in drafting and negotiating business and commercial contracts, provides his clients with a strong foundation for resolution.
Prior to joining Structure Law Group, Chris built a successful career representing clients in a wide range of matters including commercial litigation, employment litigation, commercial financing, professional liability defense, real estate disputes, and workers' compensation. His dedication and expertise have led to numerous successful outcomes for his clients.
Chris earned his Juris Doctor degree from Elon University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. While at Elon University, Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Music Production and Recording Arts, with minors in Jazz Studies and African/African American Studies, reflecting his diverse interests and his ability to balance multiple passions. He also holds an LLM from Loyola Law School in Entertainment and New Media.
Chris's passion for learning extends beyond the legal field. He enjoys learning about wine and spirits, trying new restaurants and recipes, and finding for old records. His curiosity and dedication to learning also led him to study Japanese in his spare time, a pursuit that enhances his ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
