Charlotte Rose is a business attorney who represents corporate and individual clients in a wide array of business, corporate, and real estate matters in federal and state courts as well as in private arbitration. Charlotte’s practice focuses on complex litigation and handling a wide range of issues across the board, with an expertise in motion practice, discovery, case strategy, trial support, and everything in between Charlotte is a litigator at heart and brings a strong sense of pride and drive to win to every case that she handles.
Prior to joining Structure Law Group, LLP, Charlotte worked with corporate landlords to handle complex commercial lease disputes, unlawful detainer, holding over, negligence, trespass, and other related matters. Charlotte is also the co-founder of and serves as counsel to an independent record label that focuses on promoting women and queer artists in dance music. In this role, Charlotte has gained valuable experience drafting and negotiating contracts, developing corporate structures, and building relationships with unique clients throughout the music industry. Charlotte believes in treating every client and case with the utmost respect and attentiveness, no matter the circumstances.
While completing her Juris Doctor degree at the UCLA School of Law, Charlotte participated in Moot Court as well as a variety of trial simulation classes. She also clerked at the Los Angeles County Office of the Public Defender where she participated on the trial team of a high-profile celebrity murder case. Charlotte completed her undergraduate studies at Brown University, where she earned a dual degree in Music and Economics.
In her free time, Charlotte is a prolific DJ in Los Angeles’ underground bass music scene. She also runs a music collective, throws raves, and teaches a free DJ workshop for women and the LGBTQ+ community. Charlotte also loves to ski, play Magic: The Gathering, and watch Formula 1.
