Karen Rothschild focuses her legal practice on comprehensive business litigation, leveraging her extensive experience in managing complex cases. She navigates intricate legal challenges within the business, corporate, employment, commercial, and real estate sectors. Her practice spans a broad spectrum, including but not limited to breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, intellectual property conflicts, construction disputes, corporate conflicts, landlord-tenant issues, shareholder rights, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Ms. Rothschild’s approach involves putting clients first by getting to know their unique business and industry needs.

Prior to joining Structure Law Group, Ms. Rothschild practiced in the field of Trust & Estate law, providing representation in probate and trust litigation, estate administration, and estate planning. In addition to her trust and estate experience, the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) selected Ms. Rothschild to serve as a fellow for its annual program upon her completion of law school. During this fellowship, Ms. Rothschild had an enlightening and enriching experience working with both a plaintiffs' firm and a defense firm, as well as spending time in the Los Angeles Superior County Court.

Ms. Rothschild earned her J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School with a concentration in civil litigation. While in law school, Ms. Rothschild competed on Loyola’s nationally ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy team, even winning the annual Byrne Exhibition Trial in the spring of her 3L year. Before entering law school, Ms. Rothschild obtained her B.S. from San Jose State University where she interned with the SJSU Record Clearance Project assisting community members through the expungement process.

In her free time, Ms. Rothschild enjoys exploring California State Parks, trying new workout classes, and spending time with her cats.
