Ellie Herrington

Ellie Herrington is a paralegal with Structure Law Group, LLP, providing legal support to both the firm’s transactional and litigation attorneys. She assists with a wide range of business law matters, including entity formations, corporate governance, contract management, discovery, and trial preparation.

Ellie earned her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a focus on Archaeology from Baylor University. Her academic background combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of human interactions and history, which she applies to her work supporting clients and attorneys.

She is an active member of the Capital Area Paralegal Association and serves on the social committee.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys exploring museums, hiking through local parks, and spending time on the lake.
