Darren Pearce, Esq.

Darren Pearce is a corporate attorney who counsels businesses and individuals across a wide spectrum of industries on a variety of complex transactional matters. Darren's practice includes business and fund formation, corporate governance, venture capital financings, private securities offerings, drafting and negotiating a wide range of business and commercial contracts, and general corporate counsel.

Prior to joining Structure Law Group, Darren was a practicing attorney at a corporate firm specializing in the emerging companies and venture capital space. There, he assisted in fund formation matters, advised both venture capital funds and startup companies on SAFEs, convertible notes, and equity financings, corporate governance, and acted as "outside in-house counsel."

Darren earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and received his B.A. in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University.

In his free time, Darren is either reading, exercising, playing video games, collecting sneakers, or in the kitchen tinkering with a new recipe.
