Structure Law Group, LLP seeks a litigator with 2 to 5 years of experience to handle complex commercial and business litigation cases in its Lake Oswego office. As we continue to expand, we are now seeking a business litigation attorney for our office in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have from 2 to 5 years of experience handling complex commercial and business litigation cases, and who understand the value of providing exceptional service to our clientele. Specifically, the candidate we are looking for will be responsible for handling demand letters and responses thereto, motion practice, research, client communications and management, discovery and depositions, court appearances in state and federal courts and arbitration, mediations, and trial work.
